This form is an application to be a VOFY Ambassador.

 

VOFY Ambassadors are those who have vitiligo and want to be a part of this campaign! Ambassadors of Vitiligo Organization For Youth promote embracing your vitiligo and being an ally to those who need support. In addition, VOFY Ambassadors raise awareness for those who have vitiligo. They are open to offer advice and give vitiligo people the support they need. They will also help run social media and be a part of videos! As a VOFY Ambassador, you are expected to help with projects that involve raising awareness and are encouraged to come up with your own awareness projects as well! You can be of any age to apply (preference towards the youth).
